Our Terms of Business document sets out the general terms under which Callery Wealth Management Ltd. will provide business services to you.

Remuneration

We, Callery Wealth Management Ltd. act as intermediary (Broker) between you the consumer and the product provider with whom we place your business.

SFDR

The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulations (SFDR) introduced additional disclosure obligations for manufacturers of financial products and financial advisers toward end-investors. 

The SFDR requires impacted firms to integrate sustainability into their investment processes and to consider the adverse impacts of their investments on sustainability factors. The SFDR applies regardless of whether the client has indicated an Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) preference or not.

Callery Wealth Management Limited (‘the firm’) is authorised as an investment business firm under Section 10 of the Investment Intermediaries Act, 1995 (as amended).
